Bullying Prevention

The Bully Prevention/Family Matters strand offers support to educators who are struggling with aggressive or disruptive behaviors among students. Intervention strategies and support tools are designed for teachers of grades K-12. Other components in this strand include Anger Management, Self Esteem, Cyber Bullying and more.



Differentiated Instruction And advanced

Caroline Eidson, Ph.D.
This strand demonstrates the implementation of differentiated instruction in heterogeneous classrooms. Participants will explore the use of assessments to identify student readiness levels, interests and learning profiles. The program also explains how to develop differentiated lessons and use management strategies that support differentiated instruction.




This instructional technology strand will explore strategies for integrating technology into the curriculum for various levels of technological proficiency. Educators in grades K-12 will be exposed to the tools of telecollaborative learning, Internet research, and educational software.
